1. Services
SavvyScale provides website design, SEO optimization, hosting management, and related digital services to individuals and businesses.
All services are provided based on the agreed scope, quotation, and timelines discussed with the client.
2. Quotes and Payments
- All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued.
- A 50% upfront deposit is required before any project begins unless otherwise stated in writing.
- The remaining balance is payable upon completion and approval of the project.
- For monthly services (e.g., hosting, maintenance, SEO), payments are due in advance on the 1st of each month.
- Late payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Projects may be cancelled by written notice.
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they cover initial development and planning costs.
- Monthly retainers or hosting services may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.
- Refunds are only applicable in cases where SavvyScale fails to deliver on the agreed project scope.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing all required content, images, and information within the agreed timeframe.
- Ensuring they have the necessary rights to any materials provided (logos, images, text, etc.).
- Reviewing and approving deliverables in a timely manner.
Delays in client feedback or content delivery may result in project timeline extensions.
5. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, all final designs, websites, and deliverables become the property of the client.
- SavvyScale retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio or marketing materials.
- All third-party tools, plugins, or licenses remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Hosting and Domain Management
- For clients under SavvyScale Managed Hosting, SavvyScale will manage domains, renewals, and technical maintenance.
- For Client-Owned Domains, the client is responsible for renewals and maintaining access credentials.
- SavvyScale is not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
7. SEO and Performance Disclaimer
Search engine optimization (SEO) involves ongoing work. While SavvyScale follows best practices, we cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings due to changing algorithms and third-party factors beyond our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
SavvyScale will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or costs arising from:
- Service interruptions, technical errors, or delays;
- Use or inability to use our website or services;
- Third-party software or platform issues (such as WordPress, Hostinger, or plugin updates).
9. Privacy

10. Amendments
